A comprehensive systematic assessment was conducted in May 2014. We radically searched digital databases ISI Web of Knowledge, Science Direct, PubMed and Cochrane relationship from January 2000 via March 2014. The seek terms used were cultural change, language difference, boundaries, fitness care employees, fitness body of workers, and Saudi Arabia. Grey literature was played King Saud University Central Library employing digital database and reference list of included articles were scanned for additional reports. The electronic search was achieved in session with a number of specialists and supplemented by a couple of databases.
